I own land near Brady but across a county line.  Is that a problem?

No problem at all to call.  We like hearing from landowners in counties we do not yet serve.

Ranch country between two rivers

McCulloch County sits on the Edwards Plateau, between the Colorado River on the north and the San Saba River on the south, with the Brady Mountains running east and west across it.  Brady is the county seat and largest town, and Melvin and Rochelle are among the other communities.  The land rolls to hilly, with deep black loam in the valleys and sandy soil on the uplands.[1,2]

For 2022 the agriculture census listed 562 farms averaging 975 acres, with 402,625 acres in pastureland and 88 percent of sales coming from livestock and related products.  Large pasture blocks with rough terrain are well suited to being worked from the air.[3]
